Vincent R. Ferrante - Director of Business Development

Vincent Ferrante has over 20 years of experience in the agricultural industry. Prior to AgriWorld Exchange, Mr. Ferrante led the International Sales department of Fresh Kist Produce, directing the department to reach a top position as a grower/shipper of US broccoli to Japan. As the Harvesting Manager at Teixeira Farms, Inc., Mr. Ferrante directed a staff of nearly a thousand employees in two growing regions in California. Mr. Ferrante is a licensed California State Pest Control Advisor, and helped develop the Crop Protection Department at Teixeira Farms. A noted speaker on behalf of the produce industry, Mr. Ferrante was recognized for his crop protection work as Agricultural Ambassador of the Year in 1998. From 1993 to 1996, Mr. Ferrante wrote, directed, and produced a radio show on topics of interest to agricultural business. Mr. Ferrante has a Crop Science Technical Degree from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California.
