Daniel V. Ruz - Founder / President

Daniel Ruz is an established leader in the agribusiness world, with over 15 years of diverse experience as an international grower, shipper, importer, exporter and distributor of agricultural commodities. Prior to founding AgriWorld Exchange, Mr. Ruz was the CEO of Exodus International, an agricultural trading company recognized as a year-round international supplier of fresh produce specialties. Mr. Ruz also held the Cellar Master position at Beringer Blass Wine Estates, responsible for the annual processing of over 40,000 tons wine-grape harvest and an annual production of over seven million gallons of wine at Beringer's flagship Meridian Vineyards winery in Paso Robles. Mr. Ruz formed his first entrepreneurial venture in 1992 with GWD, Inc, and as CEO led the produce company to expand internationally and achieve a distribution network of over 85 growers within the first two years of operation.

Daniel Ruz brings to AgriWorld Exchange his unique vision for an online agricultural marketplace, utilizing the benefits of the Internet and computer technologies to solve long-standing needs of agricultural businesses. Mr. Ruz attended California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California, majoring in Architecture.
